Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, detailed financial records, medical information, confidential legal information, or other sensitive material.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your message, consider project fit, arrange a conversation, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the website from abuse. Sending an inquiry does not create a professional-services relationship.
How information is transmitted
The current form is designed to send inquiry content by email to the business. Email is not a guaranteed secure medium. No public database or client portal is included in this version of the website.
Sharing
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that operate hosting, email, security, or professional systems, subject to their terms, or when required by law. Project information will not be sent to a consultant, builder, or referral partner without an appropriate reason and, where applicable, your knowledge or permission.
Analytics and cookies
This version does not intentionally load third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may retain ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser information, request path, and timestamps, for operation and security.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, business records, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. Before launch, Whidbey Design must confirm a working privacy contact address and internal deletion/retention practice. You may use the project contact form to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to lawful recordkeeping needs.
